Refund and Returns Policy
1. Overview
This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on A One Patti Chitral. We want you to feel confident when you shop with us. If you receive something that does not meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange under the conditions explained below
2. Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, the item must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Undamaged
- With original tags
- In original packaging
Handmade items may have natural variations in color, size or stitching. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.
3.Non Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
- Caps and wool hats that have been worn
- Handmade accessories with signs of use
- Custom sized items
- Discounted or sale items
- Gift cards

Our team will guide you and provide the return address.
After you send the item back, we will inspect it. If it meets the conditions, we will process your refund or exchange
5. Refunds
Once the returned item is approved, we will issue your refund using the same payment method you used.
Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
If your refund is delayed, we recommend:
- Checking your bank account again
- Contacting your bank
- Contacting your card provider
If you still cannot find your refund, message us and we will assist you.
6. Partial Refunds
We may give a partial refund if:
- The item is returned without original packaging
- It is damaged due to mishandling
- Parts are missing
- It is returned after 14 days but still in fair condition
7. Exchanges
You can exchange your item for another size or product within 14 days. Exchanges are allowed only if the original item is unused and in perfect condition.

8. Gifts
If you received an item as a gift, you can exchange it. A refund will be issued to the original buyer, not to you.
9. Shipping Costs for Returns
You will pay the return shipping cost.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
If you request a refund, the return courier fee may be deducted from the refund amount
10. Lost Returns
If you are sending back an expensive item, use a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for lost parcels that never reach us.
